FILIPINO MACAROONS RECIPE

What you need

  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 cups of desiccated coconut
  • Mini cupcake containers

*Good to know*


1 cup of sugar = 225g 
1 cup of flour = 140g

  1. Preheat your oven at 180°C.
  2. Let the butter out and cream it using a hand mixer on low speed. 
  3. Once you have a smooth texture, add the sugar and continue beating together.
  4. In another bowl, break the eggs, slowly add them to the mixture and beat.
  5. Add the condensed milk and continue beating. 
  6. In another bowl, mix the flour with the coconut
  7. Now add the first mixture to it and beat.
  8. Fill about 2/3 of the containers with the mixture. 
  9. Bake at 180°C for 20 mins. 

Let them cool down and voilà!
