What you need
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 cups of desiccated coconut
- Mini cupcake containers
*Good to know*
1 cup of sugar = 225g
1 cup of flour = 140g
- Preheat your oven at 180°C.
- Let the butter out and cream it using a hand mixer on low speed.
- Once you have a smooth texture, add the sugar and continue beating together.
- In another bowl, break the eggs, slowly add them to the mixture and beat.
- Add the condensed milk and continue beating.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with the coconut.
- Now add the first mixture to it and beat.
- Fill about 2/3 of the containers with the mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
